Steamroom VS Sauna ?
The gym I go to has both and have enjoyed both. Is there benefits reguarding the dry heat in a sauna compared to the wet heat in a steam room ? I’m sure they are both good for you but is one healthier for you than the other and if so : why ?
Steamroom, it’s so much better and it’ll make you sweat more which is good for your body. And better for pores
