Bromine versus Chlorine in a Hot Tub (Not Pool)?
We went to the local store and there are a lot of chemicals for hot tubs. I did some online research, but what have you guys found to be best. We will have it covered when we are not using it. And am I correct in the following processes from starting with clean water:
Either:
Brom-Start -> pH Balance to start (Either up or down) -> Bromine Tablet (Every 10-14 days) -> Balance pH (weekly) -> Non-Chlorine Oxidizer (Weekly) -> Algae Remover (Weekly)
Chlorine Shock to Start -> ph Balance to start (Either up or down) -> Chlorine Sanitizer (every 3 days) -> Shock Treament (Weekly) -> Algae Remover (Weekly)
