I’m getting my first massage soon and was looking for testimonials and advice about what to expect.?
I’ve read the pamphlet from the spa that talks about eating or not eating before and after, showering before the appointment, etc. I’m interested in hearing pros and cons about your experience.
A massage is great for many but they make the mistake of not speaking up when getting one. If something doesn’t feel good (tickling or pain) say something. The person won’t mind at all. If you want more pressure or less, speak up.
You do want to be somewhat clean before the massage, I suppose but as for eating, as long as you aren’t stuffed, I don’t think it matters.
