Does Anyone Have a Telephone Number For Kenmore Customer Service – I DO NOT WANT SEARS customer service?

I have a Kenmore wash machine with a defective drum ( which sears has said is covered by warranty – sears has already ordered the new drum) but the drum caused the tub housing to crack which sears wants to charge me $600.00 to fix – this should be covered by warranty if the drum broke the the tub!!! And the drum was defective

Complain to your local Better Business Bureau they usually get results. If you get ahold of your local ombudsman or take them to small claims court they settle pretty easily. Sears is Kenmore one in the same.
