Could I Have Walking Pneumonia?
I have been feeling rather ‘ucky’ lately. It first started off with a very short sinuse headache. Then it was a dry cough just because my throat was irritated. Then, It was a very wet cough with lots of green mucose along with. Now, my nose has now been giving me this chunky green mucose and I have been sleeping with 4 blankets and the heater. My dorm feels like a sauna. I feel fine during the day, a bit run down but not too bad, but yet at night I just want to die because my chest hurts so much from coughing. Now, the cough isn’t so wet lately, it is sjust dry and hurts. Is this walking pneumonia and what should I do? Wait it out?
You need to elevate your pillows. That will help drain your sinsus.Also maybe some vabor rub. Maybe a humpidifer (sp)
Lots of liquids will help you cough up some of the phelm like
teas, soups ,no milk.. Hope you feel better soon if not in a few days go to your doc.
