What is the best way to take powder on a plane?
Im travelling to Ibiza from Luton airport in a few days and I really want to take my Molkosan powder with me as it really helps with my stomach troubles. The jar it comes in is quite heavy so I want to put some in a small tub to take with me. Is this ok, and would it be best to carry in my hand luggage for easy checking or in my suitcase?
PLEASE only answer this if you have experienced something of this type or tried to take powders yourself….GUESSES are misleading and unhelpful and could get me in hot water with customs

You would be very foolish to take any decanted powder in either your hand luggage or checked luggage. You’re just asking for trouble. Unless you can find it in a smaller jar, the best thing you can do is put a brand new, unopened jar in your checked in luggage. That way if your luggage is searched they will be able to see what it is & are less likely to subject you to hours of questions, strip search etc.
