Is it possible to glue a crystal angels wing back on to its body with hot glue?
i have a crystal glass angel in my room that i broke i threw something at this spa kit i have that fell on the angel and broke the wing off is it alright to hot glue or super glue the wing back on to the body or will that not work? thank you!
Hot glue isn’t great for really smooth, slick surfaces. It will eventually peel off, and then you’d be back to square one.
Super glue would probably work, but it tends to leave a hazy residue on glass and plastic, so I would assume it would do the same to crystal.
Your best bet is to use heavy duty craft glue like E6000. You can usually get a tube for a couple of dollars at craft stores, and it’s a permanent bond with no ill effects to the material.
