Which do you think offers more value to a home?
The house has 2 and 3/4 bathrooms. I am wondering if the 2 upstairs bathrooms are combined to one bigger bath if that would increase or decrease the houses value. In the end the house would have 1 bigger bath upstairs with a jacuzzi tub and stand up shower and downstairs is the 3/4 bathroom. The house is a bi-level.
3 bedrooms. One of the bathrooms upstairs is the “master” and would be eliminated. They are like 5 by 8. Enough room for a sink, toilet and tub/shower.
If I were buying a house, I’d rather have two smaller bathrooms than one huge one. Only one person usually occupies a bathroom at a time. Two bathrooms would be more convenient.
