Is being in Space like floating in a large swimming pool or under deep water?
Hi friends, I see on nasa the people in Space float like being in a deep large swimming pool and even their clothes go up in the air, it reminded me of when you are in deep water swimming or under the pool water, how similar is it, when you are floating in water or under deep water is it quite same to being in space?

Yes and No.
Floating is as close to FEELING weightless as we can come while on Earth.
But being in space is much worse. It is actually like falling. Continuously. Without end. And feeling it!!!!! As you may be able to tell, I don’t like the feeling of falling. If you jumped out of a plane, you would go into what is called freefall. Except for the air whipping past you, that is what being in zero gee in space is like, so zero gee is also called freefall. That’s why, to simulate the weightlessness of space better than floating in water, astronauts in training are taken up in a large plane with all seats and obstructions removed. When it’s at a great altitude, the plane goes into freefall and so does everything within it. The people float around inside free of gravity (because they’re falling AAARRRGGGGHHHHHH!!!).
