Detailed Volkswagen Basic Warranty information?
The radiator in my wife’s 2007 Volkswagen Jetta is leaking. The automobile has 21,000 miles on it, and should be covered by the factory warranty. The local VW dealer is claiming that it appears a previous repair was attempted on the radiator, which voids the factory warranty. Neither my wife nor myself has ever attempted any such repair on this automobile. It has had the brakes replaced only when we bought it. The dealer stated that if a previous owner tried to repair it, it voids the warranty. Is there a website anyone can direct me to that will give me detailed info over this warranty issue?
