how do i get my voice back!?
i love my voice two days ago and since that day about 11pm ive been doing things that will get my voice back..
hot tea with honey and lemon juice
hot tub for the steam
long hot shower for the steam
sucking on a lemon
hot chocolate
not talking
im trying to get it back by tonight for new years eve party in about 2-4 hours! help!
i also stayed up last night till 3 coughing up all the phlegm covering my vocal flaps and stuff since i have a sinus infection and i got alot out and not really getting anymore but the coughing also prob hurt my voice too..
try taking cold medicine,
or something that will sooth the throat.
