How can I get the full benefit of a steam room?
I’ve seen other people exfoliating in the steam room and putting other things on their bodies and so was wondering what a good beauty regime would be for the steam room or what do other people do themselves?
1. Be spotlessly clean.
2. Exfoliate with sea salt.
3. Drink lots of cool water or juice. Stay hydrated.
4. No oils or lotions. Let your body sweat. Toxins go out.
5. Shower after and use unscented soap. Scrub with a rough washcloth.
6. Feel the glow.
