Does anyone know of a massage technique that aids weight loss?
This is usually done with a wooden rolling pin and afterwards, steam bath.Anyone had it done before? anyone knows where it can be done in the uk? Had it done years ago in Africa by a chinese woman, it was very effective and i lost all the excess weight within 4 weeks. Pls do not tell me to diet or work out as i go to the gym regularly and i eat healthily i just have a few problem areas i need help with (i’m 11 stones and a mother of two young children used to be 9 stone)
it ‘s absolutlely excellent for toning every wobbly bits only met a few people who’s had it done been looking for it since relocated to the uk. It’s actually popular in Asia.

As a Massage Therapist, I haven’t heard of that technique in the U.S. But there is a Machine called the Gx-99 that may be a modern version of the rolling pin. It is supposed to help with weight loss among other things.
