I bought a Lay Z Spa hot tub from Additions Direct online. I received it, filled it with water and chlorinated it before realising it had a faulty lid! I have spoken to the company who have arranged for a replacement to be sent out. However they didn’t mention emptying the other one and sending it back. Does that mean that I just keep it?
I can’t imagine trying to dry it out enough to put it in a box and send it back.

Any ideas of what happens in this situation? They didn’t mention the faulty item at all. Just said they had arranged for a new one to be sent out.
