Is it ok to take hot showers during early pregnancy?
I know that hot baths and hot tubs are out- but should my shower be luke warm??? I hope not…..
I asked my doctor the same question, because everyone was telling me that I couldn’t take hot baths or showers. Well, he said that it would have no effect on the baby. The only time that it shouldn’t be done is the 3rd trimester, just because the hot water can induce labour. But, go ahead enjoy you hot shower!
