Help please. Back problems and im oly sixteen!! Tips?
okay, im sixteen years old and im starting to feel exausted everyday because of my back. its always sore. i dont work out, i dont play sports, but still it feels like i just got my back broken EVERYDAY…i cant take it anymore. i know its probably because of stress from all the fucking high school drama and shit. but i dont care, just please give me some info, my family cant afford a doctor, massage, or a chiropractor. so any foods i can eat, little things i can do? please help me out…it makes every day a living nightmere. i dont have a bath tub to relax my muscles. and i have little knots in my back that i can seriously move ACROSS my back. im 5’11 and 115 pounds so weight might play a factor. but PLEASE HELP…
Go to AOL Search & type in Free Medical Clinics or Free Medical Care & the name of your city & state. There should be medical care for you available from Doctors that volunteer their service & time for people that are not insured. If you don’t have one in your city, check out the closest city to you that does. You need to get off junk food & sugary sweet soda’s & eat a good, healthy balanced diet & drink LOTS & LOTS of water, fruit juices & fat free milk. Snack on lots of RAW fruit & veggies. Flip your mattress over so it will level out to give you a good nite’s rest. Try to avoid stress, anxiety & depression at school & at home. Don’t take on more than you can handle. If you spread yourself too thin, then stress creeps in & causes damage.
