What kind of Hot Tub does not require extra wiring and plugs directly into an outlet?
I’ve seen commercials for the advertised recently. Does anyone know the maker? or a link to their site?
The link below has both 110 and 220 volt hot tubs. I would point out that some of the tubs are rated at 6000 watts. This would have to be a 220 volt hot tub. At 110 volts, the most wattage you could have is about 2000 watts as this is the most a 110 volt 20 amp circuit could handle. Basically the same as a good hair dryer. It would take a long time to heat the water with this lower wattage. If the outside temperature is nice and cold the heater may not be able to maintain the water temperature when the lid is off for use.
