Can I swim on my period?
It just started today but I can’t cancel my spa reservations. It’s a hot spring and you’re required to go in naked. As in shower naked, bathe naked, go into the jacuzzis/pools, saunas/steam rooms naked. They don’t allow any clothes…Just a towel. I can’t cancel and i’m kind of forced to go. It’s completely public like a lady locker room…What do I do? I also can’t buy a tampon last minute, nor have I ever applied one on me. I’m 12 years old and this is my second period. Please help ASAP! What happens if I go in without anything? I heard it stops when you’re in water but leaks when you get out…HELP!
it depends on you really, for me personally it does stop supposedly something about the pressure but alot of my friends i know it doesnt and theyve had to go to their doctor because their period clashes with their holidays abroad but you couldnt get anything cos you have to go a week before its due.
i would test it in the bath and see if it stops, if it does or is very light i would go but be warned the second you get out put your towel on because it may very well start again right away for all you know so id advise you to take a pair of pants with you and a pad for walking inbetween the jacuzzis/pools if possible but if not just kindamake ur towel cover this area so it doesnt drip if it does start or run to the next thing!
