Looking to replace the Styrofoam on my hot tub, the cover is fine but the foam weights a ton.?

Looking for a Styrofoam manufacture that I can buy direct from. The hot tub is not worth spending $500 on a new cover, but if I could just replace the foam that would work.

Hi jeff. I have had this question from customers hundreds of times and many of them have tried and failed to construct a replacement. Your biggest problem is going to be able to find a close celled density foam that will not absorb water and then the next harder part is being able to completely seal it where no moisture can invade that vapor barrier around the foam. I have ordered for customers just the foam cores before and watched them fail within the year each time. Try one of the cheap online factory direct spa cover companies like www spacovers . com.
