help! MASSIVE breakout after going to the spa…?
I went to a scandinavian spa over the weekend. The kind where you go into hot baths, then cold plunges in 15 minute cycles with the occasional session in a steam room. I also got a full body massage. I was told this was supposed to help rid the body of toxins and be rejuvinating. But now that I’m home, a couple days later – I am experiencing a MASSIVE acne breakout. I’m talking hundreds of little pimples all over my face. I’ve never had acne like this, I’ve had the occasional pimple and black head…but this is rediculous! It’s an emergency because I have engagement photos in 4 days!!! I need some advice…asap :S !!!
What can I do to help them at least heal some before the pictures?
also..what’s a good moisturizer that doesn’t do more harm then good?
its part of getting all the toxins out of the body, just think all of that was deep in your skin. Gross. but it will go away quickly, should be gone in time for your photos. dont poke and pick at it, just wash your face in the morning and at night, put on moisturizer and try not to cake the makeup on to cover it.
