What mother board is better: P6T Deluxe/OC Palm from Asus or Eclipse SLI from msi?

What should I most leverage in a Mother board? Which mother board, mentioned above, is the best in your opinion and why?

Two boards are not very different.However,if you are a geek who likes to add more memory,Eclipse is the right choice.It can support up to 24GB of RAM.P6T can only support 12GB which is unusual for a X58 M/B.But the real edge of P6T is a device called OC palm.It enables the users to overclock in a jiffy w/o opening the casing.Furthermore,P6T provide more clock frequency when overclocked.Asus board come with newer power design 16 phase+2.Dr Mos of Eclipse is also great for heat reduction.So,it is time to look at the price tags.
Asus P6T deluxe OC Palm=$369.29
MSI Eclipse SLI=$384.24
In conclusion,I prefer Asus P6T partly because of its nice price tag and higher memory clock.In DDR3,even a little rise in clock means a lot.
